NBCC Awarded Rs 368.75-Crore Projects in Varanasi, Gorakhpur and Roorkee

The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has been awarded a significant project worth Rs 300 crore to develop the Jawaharlal Nehru Commercial Complex (JLNCC) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. The project, located in the bustling Englishya Lines area, will be executed under a self-sustainable model. The Varanasi Development Authority has entrusted this high-profile project to NBCC, further solidifying its reputation in delivering infrastructure excellence.

IIT Roorkee’s Mehta Family School of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence:

The contract, valued at Rs 24.38 crore, includes constructing the building and integrating critical facilities like internal electrical installations (EI), HVAC systems, fire safety measures, audio-visual systems, CCTV, and a building management system (BMS). This project highlights NBCC's versatility in handling cutting-edge institutional infrastructure.

AIIMS Gorakhpur Vishram Sadan:

A work order worth Rs 44.37 crore has been secured to build a 500-bed multi-storey Vishram Sadan (rest house) at AIIMS Gorakhpur. This project will enhance the amenities available to patients and their families, demonstrating NBCC's commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure.

These newly awarded projects bring NBCC’s total work order value to Rs 368.75 crore.
