Keystone Realtors Reports 41% Growth in Sales Bookings to Rs 2,266 Crore Driven by Strong Housing Demand
Keystone Realtors Ltd, known for selling properties under the 'Rustomjee brand,' has announced a substantial 41% increase in sales bookings, reaching Rs 2,266 crore during the financial year 2023-24. This impressive growth is attributed to the robust demand for housing, reflecting the company's strategic positioning in the real estate market.
In comparison to the previous fiscal year, where sales bookings stood at Rs 1,604 crore, Keystone Realtors experienced significant expansion. This growth is further exemplified by the sale of 1.21 million square feet area in the last fiscal year, marking a notable 17% increase from the preceding year.
During the fourth quarter of 2023-24, Keystone Realtors witnessed a remarkable surge in sales bookings, soaring by 78% to Rs 843 crore compared to Rs 473 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. The company's performance metrics have consistently exceeded expectations, with sales momentum continuing to accelerate.
Boman Irani, CMD of Keystone Realtors, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance, highlighting achievements across key performance metrics such as pre-sales, collections, launches, and new project additions.
