Incuspaze Acquires VSKOUT to Strengthen GCC Vertical, Targets ₹400 Crore Revenue by FY26

Incuspaze, a leading workspace solutions provider, has announced the acquisition of B2B SaaS company VSKOUT through a cash-and-equity swap deal. This strategic move aims to accelerate Incuspaze’s expansion in the growing Global Capability Centers (GCC) market in India.

The GCC market in India is projected to grow from $64.6 billion in fiscal year 2024 to an estimated $99 to $105 billion by 2030. Recognizing this opportunity, Incuspaze is building a dedicated GCC vertical, leveraging VSKOUT’s real-time property intelligence platform to enhance its workspace offerings across India and at global capability centers.

According to Sanjay Choudhary, Founder and CEO of Incuspaze, the equity component of the acquisition was financed internally through existing reserves. The integration of VSKOUT is expected to strengthen Incuspaze’s GCC vertical, while VSKOUT will continue to operate as an independent data platform serving its current clients, which include developers and institutional partners.

Although VSKOUT’s revenue contribution to Incuspaze in fiscal year 2025-26 will be marginal, Choudhary expressed confidence that the partnership will significantly boost the company’s top-line growth over time.

Incuspaze is also in talks with other potential acquisition targets as part of its broader growth strategy. The company expects inorganic growth to contribute roughly 25 percent to its overall revenue in FY25-26. With a combination of organic and inorganic growth, Incuspaze is projecting total revenues between ₹350 and ₹400 crore for FY26.

Founded in 2016, VSKOUT specializes in proprietary analytics tools, advanced data mapping, and detailed insights into India’s commercial real estate sector. This expertise complements Incuspaze’s existing workspace solutions, enabling the combined entity to offer enhanced services tailored to the needs of the GCC market.

VSKOUT’s Co-Founders, Saumya Kumar and Pankaj Jain, highlighted that the acquisition goes beyond operational benefits. They noted that the cultural fit and shared vision between the two companies make the integration process smooth. Their teams are working together to create a data-first future for the real estate and workspace sectors.

Following the acquisition, Saumya Kumar will head Incuspaze’s GCC vertical and lead strategic research and data innovation initiatives. Pankaj Jain will contribute to the company’s technology stack, focusing on driving revenue growth and improving workplace experiences.

The integration process is currently underway, with alignment of systems, teams, and policies expected to be completed in the coming weeks. VSKOUT will continue to serve its existing clients independently while benefiting from the resources and scale of Incuspaze.

The acquisition positions Incuspaze to better address the growing demand for flexible and technology-driven workspace solutions among global companies operating in India. By combining workspace management capabilities with data-driven property intelligence, Incuspaze aims to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for its clients.

This move also reflects the increasing importance of the GCC segment in India’s commercial real estate and workspace industry. With the sector expected to nearly double in value over the next five years, companies like Incuspaze are making strategic investments to capitalize on this growth.
