The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL), one of the leading real estate developer specializing in plotted land projects across India, has entered the Guinness World Records with the creation of the world’s largest floral mosaic logo. The mosaic, covering 100 square metres, was crafted entirely from fresh red and white carnations sourced locally from the Vrindavan region of Uttar Pradesh.

This milestone marks the first global benchmark in a newly created Guinness World Record category for a fresh flower mosaic logo, making HoABL the inaugural and sole record holder in this segment. The achievement merges large-scale real estate promotion with cultural symbolism rooted in Vrindavan’s heritage.

Chief Executive Officer Samujjwal Ghosh oversaw the initiative as part of HoABL’s vision to connect modern development with the cultural and spiritual essence of its project locations. He emphasized that the choice of Vrindavan as the setting for this record was deliberate, symbolizing the city’s growth potential and historical significance.

The accomplishment was officially verified by Guinness World Records adjudicator Rishi Nath, who confirmed the measurements and composition of the mosaic. His verification underscored the technical precision and creative execution involved in the record attempt.

The unveiling took place alongside the introduction of HoABL’s latest Vrindavan development, which the company describes as its most open-space-rich project to date. More than 40% of the planned development area will be dedicated to open spaces, supported by modern amenities designed to attract both investors and end-users.

Chief Marketing Officer Saurabh Jain coordinated the promotional strategy around the record-setting event, positioning it as an example of how HoABL integrates cultural identity with modern infrastructure in its projects. The marketing approach reflects a broader trend in the Indian real estate sector, where developers are increasingly using landmark achievements to differentiate themselves in a competitive marketplace.

HoABL has already completed four large projects, amounting to approximately 15 million square feet of developed land. It currently has around 40 million square feet under active development across multiple high-demand locations, including Alibaug, Anjarle, Ayodhya, Dapoli, Goa, Khopoli, Nagpur, and Neral in Maharashtra. Future projects are scheduled for Amritsar, Shimla, Varanasi, and Vrindavan, with the long-term aim of having a presence in 48 cities across India.

Industry observers note that the Vrindavan record-setting event serves as both a promotional platform and a strategic positioning tool. By associating the project with a Guinness World Record, HoABL is not only attracting investor attention but also aligning its brand with the cultural and religious heritage of Vrindavan, a city revered for its connection to the life of Lord Krishna.

Real estate activity in Vrindavan has been on the rise, supported by infrastructure upgrades, increased tourism, and growing interest from investors seeking properties for religious, lifestyle, or second-home purposes. HoABL’s project is expected to tap into this demand by offering a blend of spiritual ambience, open landscapes, and modern facilities.
