Godrej Properties Reports Over ₹1,000 Crore Sales at the launch of its project Godrej Evergreen Square in Pune

Godrej Properties has reported sales worth over ₹1,000 crore at the launch of its residential project, Godrej Evergreen Square, in Hinjewadi, Pune. The company sold 1,398 homes covering a total area of 1.23 million square feet. Launched in November 2024, the project became the company’s most successful launch in Pune in terms of both value and volume of sales.

The project has a total developable area of 2.41 million square feet, with an estimated revenue potential of ₹2,045 crore. It is one of Godrej Properties’ larger residential developments in Pune, further expanding the company’s presence in the city’s western suburbs. The strong response indicates the demand for housing in this location and aligns with the company’s growth strategy in key urban markets.

Hinjewadi has developed into an important residential and commercial hub in Pune. It has access to multiple schools, healthcare centers, shopping malls, and entertainment spaces. The area is connected to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, ensuring accessibility to other parts of the city. A metro station located two minutes from the project is expected to improve daily commuting, reducing travel time between Hinjewadi and Shivaji Nagar.
