DLF to Launch Super-Luxury Projects- The Camellias 2 and Goa Villas

Gurugram-based real estate developer, DLF Limited has announced its latest endeavours in the luxury housing market, unveiling plans for two prestigious projects: The Camellias 2 in Gurugram DLF Phase-5 and a collection of super-luxury villas in Goa. These developments are aimed at expansion of DLF's portfolio in luxury living in India.

The Camellias 2:

Situated on a sprawling 17-acre parcel of prime land, The Camellias 2 is poised to set a new benchmark for luxury residences. The company reported a substantial 61.5 percent increase in net profit, reaching Rs 921 crore. Furthermore, its revenue surged nearly 47 percent year-on-year to Rs 2,135 crore, underscoring its robust performance in the real estate market.
