DLF Set to Launch Real Estate Projects Worth ₹36,000 Crore in Gurugram, Mumbai, and Goa

DLF, a leading real estate major, is gearing up to launch new projects with a combined area of approximately 11.6 million square feet, carrying a sales potential of nearly ₹36,000 crore in the current fiscal year.

DLF is gearing up to unveil super luxury projects in Gurugram at DLF5 (Lux5) during Q3, along with another venture in Goa scheduled for Q2. Additionally, a premium project is on the horizon for Mumbai in Q4, followed by the launch of DLF Privana (Privana phase 3), a luxury project also set for Q4.

Mr. Aakash Ohri, the Joint Managing Director and Chief Business Officer of DLF Home Developers Ltd, provided insights into the company's robust sales strategy, stating, "DLF’s residential projects pipeline for the year has a developable potential of ₹36,000 crore. We have indicated a sales guideline hovering around ₹17,000 crore. But we will not stop at ₹17,000 crore should the sales velocity be more." This proactive approach demonstrates DLF's commitment to maximizing its market potential and meeting the growing demand for high-quality residential properties.

In Mumbai the company aims to expedite the approval process to ensure a seamless rollout by that time. The Mumbai project signifies DLF's strategic expansion into one of India's most dynamic real estate markets, offering unparalleled investment opportunities for discerning buyers.

Moreover, DLF's collaboration with the Trident Group on the Slum Rehabilitation Authority project underscores its commitment to sustainable urban development and social responsibility. This joint venture reflects DLF's holistic approach to real estate development, integrating community welfare initiatives with commercial endeavours.

Looking ahead, DLF also plans to elevate its luxury offerings in Gurugram by introducing Lux5, building on the success of its renowned Camellias project. Lux5 is poised to set new benchmarks for luxury living, boasting exquisite amenities and unparalleled elegance. The project's distinctive feature—an artificial lake—adds a touch of opulence, reminiscent of premier developments in the US and Europe.

Meanwhile, Privana Phase 3, expected to launch around the fourth quarter, aims to surpass the success of its predecessor, Crest. Spanning 116 acres and strategically located near infrastructure hubs and green spaces, Privana 3 is positioned to become the next flagship project for DLF.

DLF's ambitious project pipeline reflects its commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. As it prepares to unveil a series of landmark developments, DLF is poised to capitalise on the luxury living market in India..
