Brigade Group Launches Premium Residential Project in Devanahalli, , Targets ₹380 Crore Revenue
Brigade Group has launched a premium residential project in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru, with a revenue potential of ₹380 crore. The project, named Ebony at Brigade Orchards, is part of the 135-acre Brigade Orchards township and comprises 230 residential units across four residential blocks, covering a total development area of 0.5 million square feet.
Brigade Orchards is a mixed-use township offering various residential options, including villas, apartments, plots, and senior living residences. The township also includes a club resort, sports facilities, a school, a hospital, office spaces, retail outlets, and dining establishments, making it a self-sustained community. The company stated that the project aligns with its focus on creating living spaces that enhance residents' quality of life through well-planned design, amenities, and a community-centric approach.
Brigade Group has been expanding its presence in Bengaluru’s real estate sector with multiple projects in progress. In January 2025, the company signed an agreement to develop a residential project on Whitefield-Hoskote Road with an estimated development potential of ₹2700 crore. This project spans 20 acres and has a saleable area of approximately 2.5 million square feet. The land cost is about ₹630 crore, and the development is being carried out through Brigade’s subsidiary, Ananthay Properties Private Limited.
In August 2024, Brigade Group announced a ₹750-crore commercial project on Old Airport Road in Bengaluru, consisting of 1.4 million square feet of leasable space. This project is expected to generate an annual lease income of ₹100 crore. The company also launched Brigade Insignia in June 2024, a premium residential development in Yelahanka with a revenue potential of ₹1100 crore. Brigade Insignia includes six towers with 379 units of 3, 4, and 5 BHK apartments across a 6-acre land parcel.
The company continues to expand its portfolio across residential and commercial segments, focusing on large-scale developments in key locations. With Bengaluru’s growing demand for housing and commercial spaces, Brigade Group is positioning itself to cater to a wide range of buyers and investors. The latest launch at Brigade Orchards in Devanahalli adds to its expanding township portfolio and is expected to contribute to its overall growth in the coming years.
