Arbour Investments Commits ₹105 Crore to ELV Projects’ Residential Ventures in Bengaluru

Arbour Investments, India’s first Capital-to-Consumer platform engineered to institutionalize real estate investment through a proprietary blend of trust engineering, execution architecture, and capital governance systems, has announced a ₹105 crore investment commitment to ELV Projects Pvt. Ltd., a reputed Bengaluru-based developer. This also marks Arbour’s strategic entry into the South Indian real estate market.

The capital will fund two marquee residential projects—ELV Highgarden and ELV Kingsland—located in Whitefield, one of East Bengaluru’s fastest-growing micro-markets. As part of the transaction, Arbour has already disbursed an initial tranche of ₹20 crore, underscoring its confidence in ELV’s execution capability and the region’s strong growth potential.

Together, the two developments span a built-up area of 11,73,528 sq. ft., comprising 596 residential units across five towers. Designed to offer modern 2BHK to 4BHK homes, both projects are RERA-registered and are targeted for completion by October 2026.

Strategically situated in Whitefield, the projects enjoy proximity to major employment hubs such as ITPL Tech Hub and Divyasree Techno Park. The area has seen a 60% increase in capital values since 2021, with property rates climbing from ₹6,400 to ₹10,300 per sq. ft., driven by robust demand, infrastructure upgrades, and growing institutional interest.
