The deal was completed and registered in August 2025, according to documents available on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Maharashtra, and reviewed by real estate marketplace Square Yards. The apartment is situated in The Smoky Hill CHS Ltd., a cooperative housing society located in Bandra West. As per the property records, the unit has a built-up area of 108.25 square metres, which is approximately 1,165 square feet, while the carpet area measures 970.71 square feet, translating to about 90 square metres. The deal also includes one garage space, adding to the convenience factor in a locality where parking is a valuable asset. In addition to the purchase price of Rs. 5 crore, the transaction involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 30 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000.
