Tribeca and Smartworld to Launch Second Trump Tower Project in Gurugram

Smartworld Developers and Tribeca Developers have announced plans for a second Trump-branded luxury residential project in Gurugram, solidifying the city’s position in the high-end real estate market. This follows the successful launch of the first Trump Towers in Delhi NCR in 2018. 

This project marks a major milestone for both companies, with an estimated investment of ₹2,200 crore. The luxury development will consist of two 51-storey towers, providing a total of 298 residences. It will feature an all-glass façade, double-height living rooms in select units, private elevators, and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering panoramic views of the Aravallis. The developers aim to set a new standard for ultra-luxury living in Gurugram, offering exclusive features designed for affluent buyers.

The Trump Residences Gurugram project is set to transform the local skyline, with each apartment priced between ₹8 crore and ₹12 crore. The cost per square foot is pegged at ₹27,000, making it one of the most premium offerings in the region. The total saleable area of the development will span 12 lakh square feet. The project is expected to take five years to complete, with possession slated for 2030.

Pankaj Bansal, Co-founder of Smartworld Developers, expressed his enthusiasm about the development, stating that the project will not only cater to the growing demand for luxury residences but also add a new dimension to the Gurugram real estate landscape. He noted that the collaboration with Tribeca Developers and the Trump Organization underscores the commitment to delivering world-class residential spaces.

Tribeca Developers, led by Kalpesh Mehta, will take charge of the design, marketing, sales, and quality project management for the Trump Residences Gurugram. Smartworld Developers will handle the construction, development, and customer service aspects of the project. Mehta emphasized the strong demand for luxury properties in the region, noting that the success of the first Trump Towers in Gurugram set the stage for this second project. He highlighted how the city’s market strength made it an ideal location for expansion.

The Gurugram project will be the sixth Trump-branded development in India, following the completion of four other projects in Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Gurugram. One additional project is an office complex in Pune, which was announced recently. With these developments, Tribeca and the Trump Organization have successfully positioned the brand as a major player in the Indian luxury real estate market.
