Sumadhura Group Completes Hyderabad’s Fastest Concrete Pour of 6,000 Cubic Meters in 50 Hours

Sumadhura Group recently accomplished a significant milestone in Hyderabad’s real estate sector. The group completed a continuous concrete pour of 6,000 cubic meters in just 50 hours for their residential project, Palais Royale. The feat marks one of the largest and fastest concrete pours in Hyderabad’s residential construction history.

The project involved over 85 technical experts and 300 workers who worked in shifts around the clock. The team relied on 74 concrete millers, boom placers, and pumps to ensure smooth execution. The structure includes eight layers of steel reinforcement at the base and six at the top, along with a multi-level finish for the concrete surface, reflecting meticulous planning and execution.

This achievement highlights Sumadhura Group’s focus on efficient project execution and the application of advanced construction techniques. The operation was completed in the financial district of Hyderabad, where managing logistics and minimizing disruptions to public movement posed additional challenges. The team ensured road preparations and traffic management were handled effectively, allowing the task to proceed without significant issues.

Naveen Kumar Gunda, Director-Operations at Sumadhura Group, expressed his views on the milestone. He noted that the achievement demonstrates progress in the construction of Palais Royale while setting a benchmark for future projects in Hyderabad’s residential market. He credited the team’s expertise and dedication for overcoming the challenges and achieving this within the set timeline. He further emphasized the company’s focus on using modern construction techniques to deliver high-quality projects efficiently.

Safety was a priority throughout the operation. The team followed safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel involved. Despite the scale of the task, every effort was made to adhere to established safety standards, reflecting the group’s commitment to responsible construction practices.

Palais Royale, where this milestone was achieved, is one of Sumadhura Group’s premium projects. The development spans 7.35 acres with a saleable area of 2.6 million square feet. It includes a 52-storeyed tower with three wings and offers 523 units of 4- and 5-bedroom residences. Located in Hyderabad’s financial district, the project provides connectivity to business hubs, entertainment zones, and lifestyle destinations. Construction began in July 2024 and is expected to conclude by the end of 2029.
