Royalti Reports Rs. 200 Crores in Sales at Oberoi Garden City in Just 3 Days

Royalti, a prominent real estate consulting firm specialising in high-end and  luxury market, reported over Rs. 200 crores in sales during the launch of Oberoi Garden City (OGC) on Pokhran Road 2, Thane. This sales figure was achieved within just three days of the launch, highlighting the company's expertise and strong market presence.

Royalti partnered with Oberoi Realty for the OGC project, a 75-acre development with five 67-storey towers. The project offers 3 BHK and 3 BHK + Studio apartments starting at Rs. 3.5 crores. The overall sales for the project reached Rs. 1,350 crores, with Royalti contributing over Rs. 200 crores from the sale of 54 units. This performance highlights the firm’s ability to understand market demand and execute successful sales strategies.
