Max Estates Limited, the real estate arm of the Max Group, has unveiled its new integrated brand campaign, ‘Some just do well-being. We do it well.’ The campaign highlights a philosophy that has long been central to the company's approach to creating spaces for people across its LiveWell (Residential Developments) and WorkWell (Commercial Developments) offerings.

As Max Estates marks a landmark 10 years in 2026, the campaign also offers a moment to reflect on a philosophy that has been at the heart of its journey from the very beginning and continues to shape what comes next.

As well-being increasingly finds its way into the language of real estate, Max Estates’ new campaign takes a step back to underline a simple idea: for the company, well-being is not a new proposition or a marketing layer, it has been embedded in how its developments are conceived, designed and delivered.

The integrated campaign will roll out across outdoor, digital, social media and owned platforms, with the flagship film anchoring the campaign. The rollout will unfold in phases, moving from introducing the brand thought to creating a deeper understanding of what well-being means within the Max Estates ecosystem.

At the centre of the campaign is a film that takes an unconventional creative route, using cyanotype, an early photographic printing process, as its visual language. The slow and deliberate process of creating a cyanotype becomes a metaphor for Max Estates’ approach to development, where thoughtful environments are shaped with patience, purpose and intent.

Moving away from the familiar visual vocabulary of real estate advertising, the film uses the cyanotype process to build a visual world around the idea that the environments we create can influence how people live, work and connect.

Arjun Gandhi, Head of Marketing, Max Estates, said, “Well-being has been part of the way we think about real estate long before it became a widely used category conversation. It has shaped the way we plan, design and deliver our developments, with the belief that thoughtfully created environments can meaningfully enhance how people live, work and connect. With this campaign, we wanted to give that philosophy a distinct voice and visual identity.

“The thought ‘Some just do well-being. We do it well.’ captures that belief simply. We chose cyanotype because its slow, considered and intentional process felt intrinsically connected to how we think about creating environments, with patience, purpose and attention to detail. Instead of simply talking about well-being, we wanted the campaign itself to reflect the thought behind it.”
