Provident Housing Launches New Residential Project Provident Bayscape in Chennai

Provident Housing Limited, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer and a subsidiary of Puravankara Ltd, has launched its new residential project, Provident Bayscape, in the southern suburbs of Chennai. Located on the Kelambakkam-Vandalur Road, this development spans across 5.35 acres of land and offers 676 residential units.

The project features a combination of 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments designed to cater to a range of homebuyers. The 2 BHK units are available in sizes ranging from 993 sq. ft. to 1,107 sq. ft., while the 3 BHK units offer a more spacious range from 1,309 sq. ft. to 1,424 sq. ft.
