Prescon and Manasum Launch IKIGAI Goa, India’s First Luxury Senior Living Project

IKIGAI Goa, India’s first luxury senior living project developed by Prescon and Manasum Senor Living, has been officially inaugurated. Located on the Kabamba Plateau, this 7.5-acre community combines modern comfort, a strong sense of community, and care in a scenic setting. The project offers seniors a peaceful, luxurious, and supportive living experience, transforming senior living in India.

The inaugural event was a significant moment for the project, attracting a distinguished guest list and celebrating the completion of over two years of dedicated work by Prescon Realtors & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and Manasum Senior Living. IKIGAI Goa stands out not only as a residential development but as a new approach to senior living, focusing on dignity, independence, and social engagement.

The launch event also welcomed several key dignitaries, including Mr. Mauvin Godinho, Goa’s Honourable Minister of Transport & Industries, who attended as the Guest of Honor. In his address, Mr. Godinho highlighted the importance of senior living communities in today’s world. “As families become increasingly spread out, projects like IKIGAI Goa are not just a luxury but a necessity for ensuring seniors live their later years with dignity,” he said. The Minister praised the thoughtful design of the community, which fosters both independence and a strong sense of belonging".

The project’s 35,000 sq. ft. private clubhouse is a central hub for social activities, offering a variety of recreational facilities, such as a swimming pool, gym, yoga pavilion, theatre, and even a karaoke bar. In terms of sales, the project has already seen strong performance, with over 140 of the 240 units sold, reflecting the growing demand for high-quality senior living spaces. The price range for these homes varies from Rs. 70 lakhs to Rs. 1.05 crores, offering a range of options for different needs and budgets.

The project is being developed in 2 phases. Phase 1 has been completed, and residents have already started moving in. Senior living services will begin on January 1st, also construction of Phase 2 is progressing well and is expected to be finished by the first quarter of 2025.
