Rodic Digital & Advisory, the strategic advisory and digital transformation subsidiary of Rodic Group, announced the appointment of Varun Mundra as Chief Executive Officer – Technology. In this role, Varun will lead the overall technology strategy, product roadmap, and AI-led solutions portfolio for Rodic Digital & Advisory, with a focus on building scalable digital businesses for infrastructure and public-systems transformation.
His expertise in navigating regulatory landscapes demonstrated through his work with health authorities, stock exchanges, and government stakeholders will be particularly valuable as Rodic Digital & Advisory deepens its policy influence and positions itself as a trusted advisor to policymakers on digital infrastructure frameworks, data governance, and AI adoption in public systems.

Varun brings over 13 years of proven expertise in building and scaling AI-first businesses across health tech, voice AI, fintech, and enterprise SaaS. Most recently, Varun served as Managing Director & Country Manager for Vara (Germany), a medical AI company focused on early cancer detection, where he established Indian operations from scratch with full P&L ownership. Prior to Vara, Varun held senior roles at Skit (formerly Vernacular.ai) as Enterprise Sales Director and Head – Financial Services & Insurance (India), and at TOPXIGHT Research Labs, where he led the growth of multiple AI SaaS ventures in capital markets, cybersecurity, and other deep-tech domains.
He holds an International MBA from SPJIMR (India) and IESEG (France) and a B.Tech in Computer Science from Nirma University. His expertise spans go-to-market strategy, strategic planning, team building, consultative sales, government business, and product management.
