The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the apex body of India’s real estate sector under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has announced the election of Parveen Jain as its new President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman. The appointments signal a renewed phase of leadership focused on transparency, innovation, and sustainable growth in the real estate industry.
Mr. Parveen Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, is recognized as one of North India’s most respected real estate leaders. Under his leadership, Tulip Infratech has earned a reputation for quality, timely delivery, and architectural excellence. His work is driven by integrity, professionalism, and customer focus, reflected in landmark residential and commercial projects across India.

The Ministry reaffirmed its support for NAREDCO’s efforts to drive innovation, improve regulatory efficiency, and ensure sectoral growth in line with national housing and urban development goals.
Throughout his career, Mr. Parveen Jain has been a strong advocate for transparency and professionalism. As President of NAREDCO (National) from 2015-2017 and President of NAREDCO Haryana, he led reforms that improved ease of doing business, streamlined approvals, and built confidence among developers and homebuyers.
Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani, acclaimed for redefining Mumbai’s skyline and hailed as the “Realty Czar” of Indian real estate, has contributed to NAREDCO policy advocacy, industry reforms, and promoting transparency.
