The National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), the apex body of India’s real estate sector under the Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs, has announced the election of Parveen Jain as its new President and Dr. Niranjan Hiranandani as Chairman. The appointments signal a renewed phase of leadership focused on transparency, innovation, and sustainable growth in the real estate industry.
Mr. Parveen Jain, Founder and Managing Director of Tulip Infratech, is recognized as one of North India’s most respected real estate leaders. Under his leadership, Tulip Infratech has earned a reputation for quality, timely delivery, and architectural excellence.
