India Retail Investors Expo and Conference 2026 , commenced on 24th January 2026 at KARNATAKA TRADE PROMOTION ORGANISATION [KTPO], Bengaluru, and will conclude on 25th January 2026, uniting retail investors and industry experts. Recognised as one of India’s largest platforms dedicated to personal finance and investment awareness, IRIE 2026 brought together retail investors, entrepreneurs, and financial professionals under one roof.

IRIE 2026 placed retail investors at the centre of its vision. The event attracted a diverse audience including SME and MSME owners, real estate investors, stock market and mutual fund participants, franchise seekers, NRIs, students, and first-time investors.

Representative, CasaGrand, Exhibitor said, “Our experience at this expo has been very nice, and we expect good engagement and positive responses over the remaining schedule. CasaGrand is one of India’s top three real estate developers and a Chennai-based company established in 2003, with a strong presence in Bangalore since 2013. We currently have over 250 projects across India, including 22 projects in Bangalore, of which six have already been handed over. At present, we are focusing largely on North Bangalore, the most rapidly developing zone, where we have launched five new budget-friendly yet premium-designed projects. CasaGrand is known for well-ventilated homes, strong Vastu compliance, and highly usable living spaces across kitchens, living, dining, and bedroom layouts. Ms. Valini Shah, Anand Rathi International Ventures, GIFT City, Exhibitor, said, “This is our first time participating in this expo, and the response has been very encouraging, with strong interest from investors who are already tracking US and Asian markets. Mr. Abhilash, Director of Operations, Neralu Farms, Exhibitor said, “This is our first real estate expo, and the experience has been positive with genuine investor interest. Our objective here is not immediate sales but to understand market trends, investor sentiment, and the evolving real estate landscape. We specialize in developing and managing agricultural farmlands for clients who want to invest in farmland without the burden of day-to-day maintenance. Our projects are located near Chikkaballapur, with two developments currently underway—Neralu Korlaparti on Chintamani Main Road and Sandal Valley on Gowri Bidnur Main Road, which is directly connected to a state highway.Neralu Korlaparti spans 31 acres as a fully gated community with amenities such as a clubhouse, cottages, goshala, swimming pool, gym, and indoor and outdoor games. The minimum plot size is 5,500 sq. ft. (5.5 guntas), priced at approximately ₹27 lakh at ₹499 per sq. ft., and each plot includes 42 mature plants, including mahogany and fruit varieties, along with a beehive box and red sandalwood, all maintained through drip irrigation and on-ground staff."

Pavaman Aviation is a drone manufacturing company, and at this event we are primarily showcasing our Asset Lease Scheme, where investors can invest in drones rather than traditional assets. Under this scheme, the investment is made in a drone along with accessories, and the lease period runs for about five to five and a half years, with all operational costs, maintenance, and AMC fully covered by us, making it a low-risk investment option. Investors can choose between two plans—Plan A offers monthly returns of around ₹25,000 for five and a half years, with the option to take ownership of the drone or receive a residual value at the end of the tenure, while Plan B provides a lump-sum return at the end of the lease period, including residual value.
