Marriott International Teams Up with Oswal Group’s Vardhman Amrante to Launch Westin in Punjab
Vardhman Amrante announced a strategic tie-up to develop a hotel
project in Ludhiana. The hotel will comprise of 200 keys and will function
under the brand “Westin Hotels and Resorts”. The development cost is estimated
to be approx. 260 Cr.
The signing,
which was conducted in Delhi in the representation of both groups, paves way
for a major hospitality trend in the Ludhiana, Punjab. The city is renowned as
a vibrant hub of commerce and culture, offers the ideal backdrop for the debut
of the Westin brand, one that places a strong emphasis on well-being and is
thoughtfully designed to inspire guests, promote rejuvenation, and support
wellness routines while on the move.
On the signing

The Westin Ludhiana
is planned to feature multiple dining
options including a Lobby Bar, WestinWORKOUT® Fitness studio, the brand’s
