M3M Group Unveils Ultra-Luxury Housing Project 'M3M Altitude' in Gurugram

M3M Group, a leading real estate developer in Delhi-NCR, has announced the launch of an ultra-luxury housing project named 'M3M Altitude' on Golf Course Road Extension in Gurugram. With a projected revenue of Rs 4,000 crore, this development aims to capitalize the luxury living market in the region.

M3M Altitude is situated on a 4-acre land parcel near Trump Towers and is part of the exclusive 60-acre community 'M3M Golf Estate.' The project boasts a total saleable area of approximately 1 million square feet. The development cost is estimated at Rs 1,200 crore and will feature 350 super-luxury residences, priced between Rs 10 crore and Rs 30 crore. These residences include 4BHK units with a servant room and penthouses, ranging in size from 3,780 sq ft to 8,000 sq ft. The project is slated for completion and delivery by 2031.

Golf Course Extension Road (GCRE) has recently emerged as a premier destination for luxury residences in Gurugram. The area has seen significant annual price appreciation, up to 40 percent in recent years. In 2023, average prices exceeded Rs 20,000 per square foot, with forecasts suggesting they could rise to over Rs 50,000 per square foot in the next three years.
