The apartment, located in the Raheja Exotica building on Madh Island, spans across 1,933 sq ft of living space, with an additional deck area of over 200 sq ft. Situated on the 34th floor, the sea-facing apartment was purchased at a rate of ₹25,578 per square foot. Along with the property, Nautiyal received three designated car parking spaces, as per the registration documents. The total stamp duty paid for the apartment was over ₹29 lakh, and the registration fee was ₹30,000. The deal was registered on December 27, 2024.

The purchase was made from Raheja Universal Pvt Ltd, a well-known real estate developer.
