NeoLiv, one of fast-growing real estate developer, has announced plans to develop a 62-acre township project in Faridabad, Haryana, with a gross development value (GDV) estimated at ₹2,300 crore. The township, spread across sectors 98 and 99A, will primarily feature housing plots and villas, catering to the rising demand for premium residential properties in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The company has entered into a management agreement for the development, though it has not disclosed the name of the landowner involved. Details regarding the total number of plots and villas, as well as the overall investment required to execute the project, were not revealed.
Mohit Malhotra, Founder and CEO of NeoLiv, described the project as “a significant milestone” for the company, marking its largest foray into one of NCR’s fastest-growing regions. He added that the township will be designed to offer residents modern living standards, combining well-planned infrastructure with open spaces, recreational facilities, and premium residential offerings.
NeoLiv’s expansion into Faridabad comes amid growing housing demand across NCR. The township is expected to attract buyers seeking both investment potential and lifestyle advantages, given its proximity to established social infrastructure, transportation links, and commercial hubs.
This Faridabad project is part of NeoLiv’s broader growth strategy. The company is already active in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Sonipat, Haryana, focusing on residential developments, plots, and villa projects. The addition of Faridabad strengthens its presence in northern India and reflects its ambition to tap into emerging real estate markets.
The township is likely to enhance NeoLiv’s portfolio of high-value residential projects while offering potential for substantial revenue generation over the development cycle. Analysts note that the combination of housing plots and villas in large, planned townships has become increasingly popular among homebuyers in NCR, providing opportunities for both mid- and high-end buyers.
With this project, NeoLiv continues its strategy of expanding into strategic locations with high growth potential, leveraging its experience in planning and execution to deliver high-quality residential projects. The 62-acre Faridabad township is expected to set new benchmarks in terms of scale, planning, and lifestyle offerings, aligning with the company’s vision of creating premium, sustainable living spaces.
The project marks a significant step for NeoLiv as it broadens its footprint beyond Mumbai and Sonipat, reinforcing its position as a key player in India’s residential real estate sector and underscoring its commitment to meeting the evolving demands of homebuyers in rapidly developing urban regions.
