This milestone marks Buzzworks’ entry into a fast maturing technology ecosystem, with a superior offering that is designed to address a critical gap where the supply of Grade-A managed facilities remains relatively limited. The new centre, which offers 500+seats is located within the 1.3 lakh sq. ft. Brigade Vantage commercial campus which integrates modern, enterprise-ready infrastructure with design elements inspired by Mysuru’s rich cultural heritage, ensuring the workspace feels deeply rooted in its local environment.

BuzzWorks is focused on driving its expansion strategy across markets, with growth at over a 100% compared to the last financial year and are on their way to double the portfolio this FY.
Beyond Karnataka, BuzzWorks is also making its debut in Chennai at Brigade Tech Boulevard. This move capitalizes on Chennai’s 25% growth in GCC activity and its status as a national leader in BFSI and automotive engineering leasing.
