Apeejay‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Surrendra Park Hotels is planning aggressive growth expansion with a target portfolio of 74 properties by the end of financial year 2030. The hospitality company that operates a combination of owned, leased, and managed properties under five distinct brands—THE PARK, THE PARK Collection, Zone by The Park, Zone Connect by The Park - and Stop by Zone, is looking to extend its footprint vastly throughout India over the next five years.

Besides‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ that, there are 38 properties lined up, which, after the finishing, will be adding 3,351 keys. Together with the hotels in operation and the ones in the pipeline, the hotel group is aiming for a total of 74 properties with 5,787 keys by the end of the financial year ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌2030.An investor presentation given by the company made it clear that this goal is for both existing and under-construction hotels.

Vijay Dewan, Managing Director of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, commented on the expansion plans, he said, "Our expansion plans are progressing steadily, with the acquisition of Zillion Hotel at Juhu, Mumbai and the new Kolkata project breaking ground in January 2026. These milestones mark significant steps in our journey of building iconic hotels across India".

The company’s portfolio strategy is centered on offering various hospitality experiences to the clientele through its five distinct brands. ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌THE PARK brand is the company's flagship luxury offering, and THE PARK Collection is mainly for premium properties with unique design and lifestyle experiences. Zone by The Park and Zone Connect by The Park are business and mid-market travelers' segments, respectively, and they offer the latest amenities and flexibility, while Stop by Zone is for budget-conscious travelers with the provision of efficient services.

A significant part of the planned expansion is on the agenda of strategic acquisitions and new projects throughout India. By acquiring the Zillion Hotel at Juhu, the company can add a stylish beachside property to its portfolio, strengthening the brand’s position in Mumbai. In a similar vein, the new Kolkata project is anticipated to bring a modern, full-service hotel to the city, the construction of which will begin in January 2026.

To be the leading hospitality player in India, Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels is using such strategies to cement its position. The company intends to fulfill the requirements of different customers through its diversified portfolio comprising ownership models and hotel segments and, at the same time, generate long-term growth.

By the end of FY2030, the company will extend its operational scale to a great extent with 74 properties that are going to be a mix of owned, leased, and managed models, and it will offer over 5700 keys. Hence, it will be able to maintain its foothold in the Indian hospitality ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌market.
