Brigade Group Signs JDA for Residential Project on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru

Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a residential project on Old Madras Road, Bengaluru. The project will span 6.9 acres with a total development potential of around 0.8 million square feet and a Gross Development Value (GDV) of Rs 720 crore.

The residential project is strategically located on Old Madras Road, offering lake-facing views. It is situated in a prime neighborhood with close proximity to key micro-markets such as Indiranagar and Whitefield. These areas are known for their robust infrastructure and thriving commercial hubs. Additionally, the project site has excellent connectivity to other important parts of Bengaluru, enhancing its appeal.

The project will align with Brigade Group's commitment to innovative design and sustainability.
