"Don’t be intimidated by what you don’t know. That can be your greatest strength and ensure that you do things differently from everyone else.” – Sara Blakely
To build any successful business you need confidence, courage, ethics and strength. Being in Real estate industry for the last 5 years has taught me to choose whom I need to service to, tap the right potentials, Create demand for your product. I don’t believe in being available anywhere and everywhere and doing everything that’s comes to you. Create a Niche product, build that little circumference with confidence, ensure you network with the right likeminded people. More importantly ensure you keep your existing clients happy as they will help you build your business. Know the depth of your territory and I am sure it will take you from Zero to a crore company. In a male dominated industry like Real estate, you need to be smart enough to break barriers and never settle for less."

4. Sonika Mudilar, Assistant Manager - Godrej Properties
"The real estate industry is evolving, creating more opportunities for women. Being part of this field for 13 years, I have gained the confidence needed to overcome the initial fear of whether women can succeed in this profession. That itself is a milestone.
Today, the industry is much more organized and provides opportunities in line with market demands. However, my biggest challenge was breaking past certain perceptions, such as:
1. Can a woman successfully negotiate deals?
2. Can she travel extensively for work?
3. Can she handle diverse customer behaviors?
4. While “the customer is king,” women understand where to set boundaries while maintaining professionalism.
I have personally conquered these fears and consistently performed at my best to achieve my goals. While making space in the beginning was challenging, the industry now offers equal opportunities for women to excel.
