Bollywood Actor Akshay Kumar Sells his Borivali Apartment for ₹4.25 Crore

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has sold his apartment in Oberoi Realty’s Sky City project in Borivali East, Mumbai, for ₹4.25 crore. Property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards indicate that he purchased the apartment in November 2017 for ₹2.38 crore. The transaction highlights a 78% appreciation in the property value over seven years.

The apartment is situated in Oberoi Sky City, a residential development spread across 25 acres. The unit has a carpet area of 1,073 sq. ft. (99.71 sq. m) and comes with two parking spaces. The transaction required a stamp duty payment of ₹25.5 lakh, along with registration charges of ₹30,000.

Oberoi Sky City is known for offering a variety of configurations, such as 3BHK apartments, studio units, and duplexes. The project appeals to both investors and homebuyers, especially those seeking ready-to-move-in properties.
