Ansal Properties Faces Fresh Allegations as Four More FIRs Filed

The legal troubles for Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Limited continue to mount, with four more FIRs filed against the real estate firm at Sushant Golf City police station. With these latest complaints, the total number of FIRs against the company has reached 25 in just ten days, bringing serious allegations of financial fraud, forgery, fraudulent property transfers, and intimidation tactics against complainants.

One of the cases was lodged by Rohit Agarwal, a resident of Vikramaditya Marg, who claimed that he paid ₹1.01 crore in two installments in February 2021 for a plot in Sector B, Sushant Golf City. Despite receiving an allotment letter, he later discovered that the same plot had been resold to another individual.

Another complainant, Pankaja Mittal, a resident of Gomtinagar, alleged that after purchasing a property in 2014, she was informed that her allotted unit had been shifted from P Block to O Block without her consent. Similarly, Shamsher Bahadur, a resident of Vishal Khand, Gomtinagar, reported that he had paid ₹5.68 lakh in 2010 for a residential plot, yet he continues to struggle with obtaining possession. In yet another case, Jayendra Prasad Mishra alleged that he had paid ₹11.5 lakh for a 288-square-yard plot in 2010 and ₹19.46 lakh for a flat in 2011, but neither the land nor the flat was handed over to him.

These mounting allegations raise serious concerns about property dealings with Ansal Properties, prompting calls for stricter regulatory oversight. Investors and homebuyers are increasingly worried about transparency in real estate transactions, and authorities are continuing their investigation into the company’s practices.
